Wild Garlic, also known as Ramsons, is a hardy native woodland perennial that produces broad garlic-scented leaves in spring followed by clusters of white flowers. Once established in suitable conditions it can gradually form a colony. The young leaves are excellent in pesto, soups, sauces and salads, while the flowers are also edible.
